Please call me El. As a culturally competent Certified Professinal Integrative Coach with over 25 years of diverse corporate experience, I’ve excelled in areas such as training and development, change management, community development, wealth management, diversity equity and inclusion catalyst and as a certified financial planner. I trained with the Institute of Integrative Intelligence, completing the required 130 hours of professional coach certification education.
I am a mother of two daughters, an Airedale Terrier named Willow and a grey horse named Marshmallow. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, cycling, strength training and discovering new vegan foods with my husband of 25 years.
